The Phoenix Fund LLC was organized on February 7, 2018, as a Puerto Rico limited liability company.

 

The Fund’s investment objective is to generate current income and capital appreciation by making “Debt and Equity Investments” in privately held companies.

OUR ADVISORY BOARD

All the members of The Phoenix Fund Advisory Board have deep experience in their respective fields, with high quality and complementary educational backgrounds, professional qualifications, and operational experience.

 

Collectively, the Board has over 100 years of private equity experience, over 100 years of operating experience, and professional designations in the fields of engineering, law, accounting, financial analysis, and portfolio management.

OUR PORTFOLIO

The Fund invests only in predetermined verticals that include (1) Insurance and Financial Services, (2) Technology, (3) Pharmaceutical, (4) Energy and (5) Real Estate.

The Fund consistently seeks to find investment opportunities where other portfolio investments may receive tangential benefits from the new investment.  We call this feature “cross-pollination”.  After the investment is made, the Vertical manager is responsible for monitoring the progress and key performance indicators through active interaction with the underlying company’s management.

Our Vertical Managers are highly experienced and subject matter experts in their fields. The cumulative knowledge of our managers is accretive to each Manager's own area of expertise.
